Getting to Carriacou

Set on just such a hillside in Carriacou, in the sailing mecca of the Grenadines, just 20 miles north of the of Grenada, lies Las Tortugas, one of the best vacation spots in the Caribbean.

Las Tortugas (The Turtles) is a very comfortable two bedroom oceanfront home resting on a small, breezy hill overlooking the ocean, a network of coral reefs and the islands of the southern Grenadines. Set on almost an acre of hillside, this villa’s location affords privacy, while providing easy access to the mile-long white sands of Paradise Beach. This spacious villa is furnished in Caribbean style, accented with hand painted murals and accessories. Perfect for families and friends looking for privacy, comfort and relaxation.

Accessed via three large arched doorways from the living area, the veranda includes a gas barbecue, and offers alfresco dining with an incredible view of the reef, Sandy Island and the Southern Grenadines.

The open plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, wrap-around bar, dining area, loft, laundry and powder room. Downstairs is a large recreation room with access to the beach via stairs and a paved path down the hillside.

The kitchen includes a gas stove, oven and microwave, and the usual small appliances (toaster, blender etc.) Cutlery, crockery etc. are provided for eight persons.

Downstairs, the airy Recreation Room and bath, offer satellite TV in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

The two large, airy master bedrooms, opening onto the sundeck are complete with ceiling fans, built-in closets and ensuite bathrooms. There is also a loft above the living room with a double bed.


During your stay at Las Tortugas, you will be looked after by Godfrey and Leslie Ann who will do all they can to make your holiday happy and relaxing.
