Comfortable two-bedroom beachside villa offering superior lodging for up to four guests in two bedroom suites. Integrated deck and pool with excellent ocean views, just yards from a little-used beach. Located
in residential L’Anse aux Epines, five minutes’ drive from Grand Anse stores
and beach and close to several fine restaurants.
Rates are in US$ and are for Tamora with
accommodation for up to four adult guests and include maid and laundry services, normally five days a week (Saturdays by arrangement), without any additional service charge, but staff gratuities are welcomed at guests’ discretion. Cooking and babysitting are available at nominal additional cost, paid directly to the
housekeeper. Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost.
A 25% deposit will secure your reservation and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation within 16 weeks prior to your booking, unless a direct
replacement booking is found. The balance is payable 35 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Payment can be by US$ bank draft or certified cheque payable to the owner and sent to Spice Isle Villas, PO
Box 1234, Grand Anse, St George, Grenada, West Indies, or by direct wire transfer to the owner’s bank account.

Whilst owners take every precaution to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of their properties, neither they, their staff nor Spice Isle Villas
or its representatives can accept any responsibility for the design, structure or layout of the property and no responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage arising from those matters and the use
or occupation by guests or their families - guests are therefore entirely at their own risk and should obtain insurance if they have any concerns.
Construction: Spice Isle Villas cannot be held liable for any construction work. Building work and the resultant noise from
building sites adjacent to villas may
occur at any time. When we have notice prior to arrival we will advise guests accordingly and if necessary and/or possible offer an alternative villa. If we are unable to find substitute accommodation
we will reduce the cost of the villa to reflect the impact, if any, of the building work.
