Christmas and New Year
From 19 December 2009 to 9 January 2010 the weekly rate is US$15,000 for up to 7 guests with
a minimum booking of 14 nights.
Stays of more than 7 nights are pro rata to the weekly rate
Rates are in US$ and are for Swallow Villa with
accommodation for up to seven adult guests. Sleeping accommodation for the 7th guest is on a single bed in the office, however please note that there is no air-conditioning in the office. The minimum booking
at Swallow Villa all year round is 7 nights, with the exception of Christmas and the New Year (20 December - 9 January) when the minimum booking is 14 nights. Children are welcome at Swallow Villa, but
a notarized liability waiver is required for all children under 5 years. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the exercise area. Housekeeping and laundry services are
provided 7 days a week. Preparation
of three meals per day is included in Swallow Villa’s rental rates,
Mondays to Fridays and until noon on Saturdays. By your advance
arrangement, Merle is also available for babysitting at $US5 per hour
and can stay late or on weekends at US$7 per hour additional charge.
Merle is generally at Swallow Villa after 8 am, Mondays to Fridays and
until noon on Saturdays. When you arrive and are settled in Swallow
Villa, Merle will gladly go grocery shopping with you and help you plan
the meals that you wish her to cook for you. Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost.
A 25% deposit will secure your reservation and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation within 16 weeks prior to your booking, unless a direct replacement booking is found. The balance is payable 35 days
prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Payment can be by US$ bank draft or certified cheque payable to the owner and sent to Spice Isle Villas, PO Box 1234, Grand Anse, St George, Grenada, West Indies, or
by direct wire transfer to the owner’s bank account. Also, the owner of Swallow Villa can accept payment by credit card. A 4% processing charge is added for credit card payments.

Whilst owners take every precaution to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of their properties, neither they, their staff nor Spice Isle Villas
or its representatives can accept any responsibility for the design, structure or layout of the property and no responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage arising from those matters and the use
or occupation by guests or their families - guests are therefore entirely at their own risk and should obtain insurance if they have any concerns.
Construction: Spice Isle Villas cannot be held liable for any construction work. Building work and the resultant noise from
building sites adjacent to villas may
occur at any time. When we have notice prior to arrival we will advise guests accordingly and if necessary and/or possible offer an alternative villa. If we are unable to find substitute accommodation
we will reduce the cost of the villa to reflect the impact, if any, of the building work.
