The master suite, with king size bed, is complemented by a large, sumptuous master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub for two, mirrored walls, deluxe shower and a dressing room. French doors lead out to the covered patio and to the pool deck and gazebo. The second bedroom and bathroom suite is across the patio for exceptional privacy. This can be fitted with a king size bed or two twins, depending on the guests’ choice. And the third, very separate bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom is at the end of Swallow Villa’s blue-tiled pool in its own pavilion. All three bedrooms and the master bathroom are air-conditioned.

The pavilion’s air-conditioned lower level has an exercise area with a wide range of workout equipment and weights and a relaxing sitting room.

This luxury villa has a fabulous, fully equipped and very spacious gourmet kitchen adjacent to the beautifully furnished living and dining areas. A computer-equipped office, complete with internet access, printer, fax and answering machines, and a cool and breezy covered patio area. The terrace around the infinity-edge pool is a perfect afternoon suntrap and has a splendid view of Prickly Bay and the yachts at anchor there.

Superbly decorated, furnished and equipped, Swallow Villa is situated right across from L’Anse aux Épines beach, near neighbourhood restaurants and a mini-market, and is just a short drive to famous Grand Anse Beach, shops, airport, and picturesque St. George’s. And it is well situated to catch the cool tropical breezes and offers lovely sunset views of Prickly Bay.

Merle, Swallow Villa’s housekeeper and an excellent cook, is on hand to prepare three delicious meals per day for you (you buy the groceries and beverages; her cooking services are included in the weekly rental rate) to make your Grenada holiday relaxing and carefree . . . you’ll find her warm, friendly and accommodating.

Upon your arrival, your first evening’s dinner with wine will await you, as well as a welcome basket with breakfast items. Merle is also available for babysitting and can stay late or at weekends if requested, at a small additional charge. She will be cooking at Swallow Villa after 8 am, Mondays to Fridays and until noon on Saturdays; housekeeping and laundry services are done daily.
