Rates are in US$ and are for the villa or villas shown above and as described and depicted in the supporting pages available through the ‘quick links’ panel. Generally, special or late availability offers do not allow sufficient time for normal payment procedures, therefore payment can be by direct wire transfer prior to arrival, or by US$ bank draft or cashier’s cheque on arrival. Due to the usually last minute nature of these bookings, rental payments should be regarded as non-refundable.

* Applies only to villas listed on spiceislevillas.com. The size of discounts will vary between individual villas and are applicable only to new rentals booked directly with Spice Isle Villas and not through any other agent, company or individual. To qualify, a new booking must be reserved and confirmed after 22 March 2009 and completed before 15 December 2009. The minimum rental period is 7 nights. Any discount will be taken off the normal US$ rates as shown on the rates pages for individual villas and will only be applied to the cost of the villa rental itself.

Whilst owners take every precaution to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of their properties, neither they, their staff nor Spice Isle Villas or its representatives can accept any responsibility for the design, structure or layout of the property and no responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage arising from those matters and the use or occupation by guests or their families - guests are therefore entirely at their own risk and should obtain insurance if they have any concerns. Guests are recommended to insure against unforeseen events that may impact their plans.

Construction: Spice Isle Villas cannot be held liable for any construction work. Building work and the resultant noise from building sites adjacent to villas may occur at any time. When we have notice prior to arrival we will advise guests accordingly and if necessary and/or possible offer an alternative villa. If we are unable to find substitute accommodation we will reduce the cost of the villa to reflect the impact, if any, of the building work.
