And there you will find the Beach Cottage, which serves as the fifth bedroom, the other four are in the main house.

Apart from queen size sleeping in the air-conditioned Beach Cottage, which can be rented separately when the main house is not occupied, Solamente has four air-conditioned bedrooms. The king size master suite, with its own balcony overlooking the gardens and the ocean, is on an upper level.

Below, a covered walkway leads to three twin and ensuite bedrooms, providing very flexible sleeping accommodation for mixed groups.

Of course, the one aspect of Solamente Una Vez that lifts it above almost all other private vacation villas in Grenada is its beach. Hardly a soul to be seen and yours to enjoy to the full.

The long jetty, complete with its sheltering gazebo at the end, provides an excellent point for swimming and snorkelling, which is first rate in the inshore waters of Prickly bay.
