Spanish style and Caribbean luxury in a breezy location with a spectacular ocean view and a
secluded beach.
Villa Langostina is a new, Spanish style holiday villa on the Caribbean island of Grenada. Located on the exclusive residential peninsula of Westerhall Point, on
Grenada’s beautiful southern coast, Langostina is the perfect vacation hideaway.

Set in an idyllic position high on a bluff on Lobster Point, above a secluded beach and with a spectacular view of the
ocean, the villa generally enjoys a wonderfully constant and cooling breeze.

The central living and dining area is colourful, airy and cool, opening onto a large veranda, where you will surely spend a
lot of your time relaxing.

The villa has three air conditioned bedroom suites. To ensure the privacy of each, they are on different
levels. They all have king size four poster beds, cable TV and a small private patio facing the ocean. The main bedroom suite is on the ground level. The same level as the
living room, dining area, kitchen, powder room and laundry. The media room, with cable TV and DVD player, is also off this area.

From the living room, there are steps leading up to the upper bedroom suite. |
This suite has superb sweeping ocean views. Below the staircase there are a few steps down to the lower suite, which has access to the gardens.

The three bedroom and bathroom suites are to the highest standard of comfort, furnishings and fittings.

The main pool and mini-whirlpool are located off the main deck. This main deck also has great ocean views and is the perfect place for lounging and sunbathing.

The spacious veranda is an excellent place to have your meals and relax, either with a good book in a comfy chair or have cocktails and an evening barbecue.

Villa Langostina’s amenities include a housekeeper, whose name is Claudette and who will look after you during your stay. She
can also cook for you occasionally - you do the shopping and she will happily do the cooking, as well as the cleaning!

The beach below Villa Langostina is a secluded and a virtually deserted delight. There are two routes down to the beach, one a little longer and very easy and the other currently steep
and a perhaps better suited to mountain goats without vertigo!
