beautifully restored and refashioned three bedroom Grenada villa rental,
discreetly set in large tropical gardens with outstanding ocean and coastal
views. Located on Westerhall Point, this Caribbean vacation home is immediately
above a small and secluded beach.
Christmas and New Year
Between 19 December and 9 January, the weekly rates are as follows:
US$2,450 for up to 2 guests (1 bedroom)
US$3,150 for up to 4 guests (2 bedrooms)
US$3,550 for up to 6 guests (3 bedrooms)
Rates are in US$ and are for Heron’s Flight, with accommodation for up to 6 adult guests and include maid and laundry services
three days a week without any additional service charge, but staff gratuities are welcomed at guests’ discretion. A travel cot for infants is available. Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost.
Rental includes arrival
transfer from the airport to the villa, however guests are responsible for the
return transfer to the airport at the end of their stay.
A 25% deposit will secure your reservation and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation within 16 weeks prior to your booking, unless a direct replacement booking is found. The balance is payable 35 days
prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Payment can be by US$ bank draft or certified cheque payable to the owner and sent to Spice Isle Villas, PO Box 1234, Grand Anse, St George, Grenada, West Indies, or
by direct wire transfer to the owner’s bank account.

Whilst owners take every precaution to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of their properties, neither they, their staff nor Spice Isle Villas or its representatives can accept any responsibility for the design, structure or layout of the property and no responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage arising from those matters and the use or occupation by guests or their families - guests are therefore entirely at their own risk and should obtain insurance if they have any concerns. Guests are recommended to insure against unforeseen events that may impact their plans.
Construction: Spice Isle Villas cannot be held liable for any construction work. Building work and the resultant noise from
building sites adjacent to villas may
occur at any time. When we have notice prior to arrival we will advise guests accordingly and if necessary and/or possible offer an alternative villa. If we are unable to find substitute accommodation
we will reduce the cost of the villa to reflect the impact, if any, of the building work.
