Rates are in US$ and are for Villa Caribella with
accommodation for up to six adult guests. Children under the age of 2 do not count for rate purposes. The minimum booking
at Villa Caribella all year round is 7 nights, with the exception of Christmas and the New Year (20 December - 9 January) when the minimum booking is 14 nights. Children are welcome at Villa Caribella, but
a notarized liability waiver is required for all children under 5 years. Housekeeping and laundry services are
provided 6 days a week and meal preparation Monday - Friday and until 1 pm on Saturdays is included in rental. On arrival, the housekeeper will have a complimentary meal with wine ready for guests and a
welcome basket with breakfast items also. She will be happy to accompany guests for grocery shopping and will assist in meal planning. She is also available for baby sitting at a rate of US$5 per hour and can
stay late, or on weekends at a rate of US$7 per hour. Your housekeeper is generally at Villa Caribella after 8.00 am Monday - Saturday but on Saturdays she leaves at 1.00 pm. Additional initial provisioning is available and charged at cost.
Rates include airport transfers. Vehicle: A complimentary vehicle is provided. Guests have two options: US$15 per day for full coverage, or a deposit of US$1500 which will be refunded on return of the undamaged
vehicle.
A 25% deposit will secure your reservation and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation within 16 weeks prior to your booking, unless a direct
replacement booking is found. The balance is payable 35 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Payment can be by US$ bank draft or certified cheque payable to the owner and sent to Spice Isle Villas, PO
Box 1234, Grand Anse, St George, Grenada, West Indies, or by direct wire transfer to the owner’s bank account.

Whilst owners take every precaution to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of their properties, neither they, their staff nor Spice Isle Villas
or its representatives can accept any responsibility for the design, structure or layout of the property and no responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage arising from those matters and the use
or occupation by guests or their families - guests are therefore entirely at their own risk and should obtain insurance if they have any concerns.
Construction: Spice Isle Villas cannot be held liable for any construction work. Building work and the resultant noise from
building sites adjacent to villas may
occur at any time. When we have notice prior to arrival we will advise guests accordingly and if necessary and/or possible offer an alternative villa. If we are unable to find substitute accommodation
we will reduce the cost of the villa to reflect the impact, if any, of the building work.
